There seems to be a bit of a trend for Whodunnit, Crime-Mystery-Thrillers to start the year off - but it’s entirely coincidental and we’re please to report that this one is particularly good!
‘His & Hers’ follows Anna (played by Tessa Thompson) - a journalist and news anchor, who, for reason unknown to us in the beginning of the show - has distanced herself from her work in Atlanta, as well as her friends and family - in her hometown of Dahlonega. She now lives a somewhat reclusive life but she springs into life and offers to report on a murder that she learns has taken place in her sleepy hometown - both out of personal interest but also in attempts to reclaim her top spot job in Atlanta.
Simultaneously, we are introduced to Jack Harper (Jon Bernthal) who is the local but suspicious Detective and of course - we see the high level details of the murder that starts this mini-series off.
In terms of twists and turns, your suspicious mind will have you guess and questioning every single character you are introduced to and the show does a great job of having you second guessing everything that is said.
Superb, Binge-Worthy mini series that you can easily take in one full day (we did!) - a solid 8.1/10 for this one - if you like a whodunnit-crime-thriller - this is a great one to start 2026 with!
