A new TV series written by Tina Fey and starring Steve Carell - you’ve got our attention!

The Four Seasons follows the story of 3 middle-aged couples, who holiday with each other every season but spoiler alert - it gets a little awkward when one of the couples separates.

It’s a somewhat dark, yet fun…but not necessarily funny series, that follows the stories and struggles of 3 very different couples, when they meet up for their seasonal getaways together.

It’s an easy watch, you will laugh out loud or at worst crack a smile at times. You will cringe, criticise and eyeroll some of the actions of the characters but whether you are looking for something to have on in the background whilst you doom-scroll on your phone at night or if you are looking for something fun and easy to watch (with a few twists in it) then this fits the bill.

It’s a very comfortable 7.1/10 from us. You’ll enjoy watching it but might be a little underwhelmed if you were expecting all out laughs. It’s a more serious performance from Steve Carell despite the comedy undertones.
